Newest Beachbody Program - PiYo


In just 10 short days Beachbody will be releasing its newest at-home dvd program: PiYo! I have not been this excited about a Beachbody program, ever! Why, because not only is it going to be a program that is done by my favorite trainer Chalene Johnson, but it also is easy on the joints and knees, requires no weights and absolutely no jumping!
