Shakeology No-Bake Energy Balls

These are amazing, quick and easy to make. They are great if I have a sweet craving or need a little boost in between meals. The recipe below yields about 25-28 depending on how big you roll them. It will give you about 10 servings.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup nut butter (make sure it is all natural, no added sugar)
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar (again make sure this is all natural)
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 cup coconut flakes (optional - I left these out)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup oats - plain unsweetened
3/4 cup water

Directions:

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then roll into balls and place on parchment paper. I like to refrigerate mine for a few hours before enjoying the yummy goodness!
